What we offer

Hosting for every stage, from first site to peak season

Start on the cheapest plan that genuinely fits, and move up only when your traffic says so. Every tier includes SSL, daily backups and the same support team.

Shared Web Hosting

The low-cost entry point: a company profile site, a blog or a portfolio on a well-tuned shared server. Free SSL, daily backups and a control panel your team can use.

Entry tier · SSL · Daily backup · cPanel

Cloud VPS

Your own guaranteed CPU, RAM and NVMe storage on a virtual server you can resize in minutes. The right move once a shared plan starts slowing under real traffic.

Dedicated resources · Root access · Scale on demand

Dedicated Servers

A whole machine, nobody else on it. For heavy databases, large catalogues and workloads with compliance rules about who shares the hardware.

Premium tier · Full hardware · Custom spec

Managed WordPress Hosting

Tuned caching, automatic core and plugin updates on a staging copy first, and malware scanning — so the site stays fast and nobody has to remember to patch it.

LiteSpeed cache · Auto-update · Staging

Business Email Hosting

Mailboxes on your own domain, with spam and virus filtering, proper SPF, DKIM and DMARC records so your invoices stop landing in the customer's junk folder.

Domain mailboxes · Anti-spam · SPF/DKIM/DMARC

Domain Registration & DNS

Domain registered in your company's name, DNS managed for you, renewals tracked so nobody discovers an expiry the morning a campaign launches.

.vn & international · DNS management · Renewal alerts

SSL, Backup & Security

Free certificates renewed automatically, a firewall in front, DDoS filtering, malware scanning, and backups you can restore yourself without opening a ticket.

Free SSL · WAF · DDoS filtering · Self-restore

Migration & Managed Support

We move your site, database, email and DNS across at no charge, scheduled outside your business hours, and we do not switch the DNS until the copy is verified.

Free migration · Out-of-hours cutover · Managed care
Why hosting matters

Why the cheapest hosting is often the most expensive

Hosting is invisible right up until it is not. Nobody notices a fast, stable server — they only notice the checkout that timed out, the email that went to junk, and the morning the site would not load at all.

  • Speed decides both rankings and salesGoogle measures how fast your pages load for real visitors, and shoppers abandon slow carts. The server is where that number starts.
  • Downtime costs orders and trustAn hour offline during a campaign wastes the ad spend that drove traffic to it, and a customer who found you closed rarely tries twice.
  • Backups turn a disaster into an inconvenienceSites get hacked and databases get deleted by accident. What separates a bad afternoon from a lost business is whether last night's copy exists.
  • Where the server sits changes what visitors feelA server close to your audience shaves latency off every request. For a Vietnamese customer base that is a real, measurable difference.
  • Someone who answers, in your languageWhen the site is down you do not want a ticket queue in another timezone. You want a person who can look at the server now.

And when you are paying for the wrong tier

Overspending is as common as underspending. We will tell you when:

  • You are on a dedicated server for a brochure site with a few hundred visitors a day — that is a VPS at most.
  • You are on the cheapest shared plan but running checkout at peak hours; the saving disappears the first time it stalls.
  • You bought an "unlimited" plan. Nothing is unlimited — there is always a fair-use limit, and it is worth reading before you rely on it.
  • Nobody has ever tested restoring your backup. An untested backup is a belief, not a plan.

We right-size the plan against your real traffic, and we will recommend a downgrade when the numbers say so.

Who it suits

Hosting by workload

The right tier is decided by what the site does, not by how big the company is. A small shop at checkout hour needs more than a large firm's brochure site.

Personal & portfolio sites

A few pages, modest traffic, no database load worth worrying about. The entry shared plan is genuinely enough, and we will say so.

→ shared hosting
→ free SSL
→ one-click WordPress

Small business websites

Company profile, services, contact forms and a news section — plus email on your own domain, which matters more than most owners expect.

→ shared or entry VPS
→ business email
→ daily backup

E-commerce stores

Checkout cannot stall and stock cannot go stale. Guaranteed resources, object caching and headroom for the hours when everyone shops at once.

→ cloud VPS
→ Redis object cache
→ peak-season headroom

High-traffic content sites

News, magazines and portals where a single popular article can multiply traffic within an hour. CDN in front and a plan that absorbs the spike.

→ CDN + full-page cache
→ burst capacity
→ traffic analytics

Web applications & APIs

Custom stacks, background jobs, queues and databases that need tuning. Root access, chosen runtime versions and deployment pipelines.

→ VPS or dedicated
→ Docker & CI/CD
→ managed database

Enterprise & compliance

Isolated hardware, documented backup and restore procedures, access logs and a written SLA — the things an auditor asks to see.

→ dedicated server
→ documented SLA
→ audit-ready logging
How we onboard you

Six steps, and the risky one happens at night

Moving a live site is the part that worries people. We copy first, verify on the new server, and only switch the DNS once the copy is proven — outside your business hours.

Step 01

Requirement check

Your current traffic, the software you run, database size, email volume and where you expect to be in a year. This is what decides the tier — not a sales target.

1–2 days→ sizing report
Step 02

Plan sizing & quote

A specific recommendation with the reasoning attached, plus what the upgrade path looks like so you are never cornered into an emergency migration later.

1 day→ written quote
Step 03

Provisioning & setup

Server built, control panel and accounts created, SSL issued, PHP and database versions matched to your application, firewall and backup schedule configured.

same day→ server ready
Step 04

Migration

Files, database, mailboxes and DNS records copied across and tested on a temporary address. The cutover is scheduled at night, and your old host stays live until it succeeds.

1–3 days→ verified cutover
Step 05

Hardening & monitoring

Firewall rules, malware scanning, off-site backups with a test restore, and uptime and resource alerts wired to a team that acts on them.

1 day→ tested restore
Step 06

Support & scaling

Ongoing patching, monthly resource reports, and a resize when the numbers call for it — up before peak season, and back down afterwards.

Why CTG

The people hosting your site also built one

CTG builds websites, apps and management software, and hosts them too. When something is slow, the person looking at the server understands the application running on it — which is usually where the problem actually is.

01

We size the plan to your traffic

Our recommendation comes from your actual numbers, and includes telling you to spend less when a smaller tier would do the job just as well.

02

Migration is free and happens at night

We copy, verify, then cut over outside business hours with your old host still running. If anything looks wrong, we stop and nothing has changed.

03

Backups you can restore yourself

Daily copies kept off-site, restorable from your control panel without a support ticket — and we test a restore during onboarding rather than assuming it works.

04

Support that reads the application, not just the server

A slow site is often a plugin, a query or an unoptimised image, not the hardware. Our team can tell you which, because they build these systems too.

Questions

What clients ask us first

Which plan do I actually need?

Send us your current traffic, what the site runs on and your database size, and we will tell you. As a rough guide: a brochure site or blog is comfortable on shared hosting; a store taking orders daily belongs on a VPS with guaranteed resources; a heavy database, a large catalogue or a compliance requirement points to dedicated. If you are unsure, start smaller — moving up on our infrastructure takes minutes and costs nothing in downtime.

Can you migrate my existing site, and will it go offline?

Yes, free of charge, and the answer to downtime should be none that your visitors notice. We copy files, database and mailboxes to the new server, test everything on a temporary address, then change the DNS at night while your old host is still serving. If the verification fails we simply do not cut over, and nothing about your live site has changed.

Where are the servers located?

We host in Vietnam and Singapore, and we choose based on where your visitors are. A Vietnamese customer base is measurably faster served from a local data centre; an audience across Asia or further afield often does better from Singapore with a CDN in front. For sites with data-residency requirements, we confirm the location in writing.

What happens if traffic suddenly spikes?

On a VPS or dedicated plan we can add CPU and RAM within minutes without a migration, and a CDN in front absorbs most of a sudden surge before it ever reaches the server. Resource alerts tell us it is happening rather than you discovering it from a customer complaint. If you know a campaign or a sale is coming, tell us beforehand and we will scale up in advance and back down afterwards.

How do backups work, and can I restore one myself?

Daily automatic backups kept off the same machine, so a failure of the server does not take the copies with it. You can browse and restore files or a database from your control panel without opening a ticket. During onboarding we run one test restore with you, because a backup nobody has ever restored is an assumption rather than a safeguard.

Is "unlimited" hosting really unlimited?

No, and anywhere that says otherwise is describing a fair-use policy without using the words. There is always a limit on CPU time, concurrent processes, database connections or inodes — you simply meet it as a throttle instead of a bill. We would rather show you the actual numbers your plan includes, so you can tell whether it fits before you sign rather than after.
