If the app is for the general public in Vietnam, Android usually reaches more people; for a premium or B2B audience, iOS often converts better. A cross-platform build makes the second store a small extra step later.
You do. We create the developer accounts in your company's name and add ourselves as members, never the other way round. The same applies to the repository, the signing certificates and the cloud project. If you ever change agency, you take everything with you and nothing stops working.
