Website Design Service

Website Design

We consult, design and build websites that earn their keep — quick to load on a phone on 4G, easy for a customer to buy from, and simple enough that your own team updates the content without calling a developer.

What we build

Website services, from first conversation to launch

Strategy, design, build, content, speed and hosting from one team — so the site that goes live is the site that was agreed, and nobody is left holding a half-finished handover.

Consulting & Strategy

Before anything is drawn we agree what the site is for: who visits, what you want them to do, and which pages actually earn that. You leave with a sitemap and a written brief.

Goals · Audience · Sitemap · Brief

UX & UI Design

Wireframes first, then the full visual design in your brand — drawn mobile-first, because that is where most of your visitors already are. Approved in Figma before we build.

Figma · Wireframes · Mobile-first

Corporate & Brand Websites

The site a buyer checks before they call you: company profile, services, projects, certifications and a contact path that reaches the right person on the first try.

Company profile · Portfolio · Multi-language

E-commerce Websites

Catalogue, variants, cart and a checkout that does not lose people at the last step — wired to Vietnamese payment and shipping providers your customers already trust.

WooCommerce · VNPay/MoMo · Shipping API

Landing Pages & Campaign Sites

One page, one offer, one action. Built to load instantly and convert, with tracking wired in from the start so you can tell which ad actually paid for itself.

One-pager · A/B ready · Conversion tracking

CMS & Content Management

Your team adds a product, a post or a promotion without a developer and without breaking the layout. Includes training and a written guide for whoever joins next.

WordPress · Headless CMS · Staff training

Performance, SEO & Accessibility

Core Web Vitals in the green, images and fonts optimised, semantic markup and structured data — so Google can read it and a screen reader can too.

Core Web Vitals · Technical SEO · Schema.org

Redesign & Migration

Replacing an ageing site without throwing away what it earned: content migrated, URLs mapped, redirects in place, rankings and backlinks carried across.

Content migration · 301 redirects · Rank retention
Why a website

Why a website still matters when everyone is on social media

A social page rents you an audience on someone else's terms. A website is the one channel you own outright — and it is the first thing a serious buyer checks before deciding whether you are worth a phone call.

  • The first thing a buyer checksBefore they contact you they look you up. A dated site or none at all answers the credibility question for them, and rarely in your favour.
  • A channel nobody can take awayReach on a social platform changes with every algorithm update. Your domain, your content and your customer list stay yours.
  • Found by people already looking to buySearch traffic arrives with intent. Someone typing your product into Google is further along than anyone scrolling a feed.
  • The hub every campaign points atAds, email, QR codes on packaging and the link in your bio all need somewhere to land — and somewhere that measures what happened next.
  • It answers what your staff answer dailyPrices, delivery times, warranty, where to find you. Written once on a page, it stops arriving thirty times a day in an inbox.

And when a big website is the wrong answer

We will say so before you sign for twenty pages. A full site is a poor fit when:

  • You are running one campaign or launching one product — a single landing page does more for less.
  • Nobody in your company will keep the content current; an empty news section ages a site faster than no news section.
  • Your customers genuinely buy through a marketplace or Zalo — then invest in those listings first, and a small site to back them up.
  • What you actually need is a web application — dashboards, accounts, workflows. That is software development, priced and planned differently.

In each case we quote the smaller thing, and tell you what would have to change before the bigger one makes sense.

Technology

The tools we design and build with

We match the platform to who will maintain the site. A team that updates content weekly needs a CMS; a marketing page that never changes does not need the overhead of one.

Who we build for

Websites by business type

The same six pages do not suit every company. What a factory needs to prove is not what a clinic needs to reassure.

Corporate & professional services

Credibility first: capability, track record, the people behind the work, and a straight path to the right contact.

→ company profile
→ project portfolio
→ enquiry routing

Manufacturing & export

Product specifications, certifications and factory capacity presented for overseas buyers, in English as well as Vietnamese.

→ spec sheets & catalogues
→ certification pages
→ bilingual content

Retail & e-commerce

A catalogue that stays fast as it grows, a checkout that does not lose the sale, and stock that matches what the shop actually has.

→ product catalogue
→ online payment
→ inventory sync

Hospitality, F&B & travel

Photography that sells the place, menus and rates that stay current, and booking or reservation in as few taps as possible.

→ gallery & menus
→ booking form
→ map & opening hours

Education & training

Courses, schedules and fees laid out clearly, with enrolment forms that feed straight into the system your staff already use.

→ course listings
→ online enrolment
→ student resources

Clinics & healthcare

Services, doctors and pricing presented calmly and accessibly, with appointment requests and directions front and centre.

→ service & pricing pages
→ appointment requests
→ accessible design
How we deliver

Six stages, and you approve each one

Every stage ends in something you can review — a sitemap, a design, a staging link. Nothing moves on until you have signed off the stage before it.

Stage 01

Consultation & goals

Who the site is for, what you want them to do, and how we will know it worked. We look at your competitors and at what your current site already does well.

1 week→ brief + sitemap
Stage 02

Content & structure

Page by page: what goes on it, who writes it, and which search terms it should answer. Structure agreed here saves redesigning later.

1–2 weeks→ page map + keyword plan
Stage 03

UI design

Wireframes, then full visual design for desktop and mobile in your brand, delivered as a clickable prototype you can walk a colleague through.

2–3 weeks→ approved design
Stage 04

Build

Responsive front end, CMS set up so your team can edit, forms and integrations connected — all on a staging link you can open any time.

3–6 weeks→ staging site
Stage 05

Content, speed & QA

Real content loaded, images compressed, Core Web Vitals tuned, then checked across browsers, screen sizes and a slow connection before anyone sees it.

1–2 weeks→ QA + speed report
Stage 06

Launch & care

Domain, SSL, redirects, analytics and Search Console configured, your team trained, then backups, updates and monitoring under a care plan.

Why CTG

We also host it, maintain it and market it

CTG has been building websites alongside hosting, SEO and advertising for years. When the same team runs all four, launch day has no gaps and nobody gets to say the problem belongs to another vendor.

01

Consultation before design

We ask what the site has to achieve before we draw a single screen. A beautiful site that does not answer a buyer's question is an expensive brochure.

02

Built for your team to edit

You get a CMS, a training session and a written guide. Changing a price or adding a post should never require a support ticket and a wait.

03

Speed and SEO are requirements, not extras

Core Web Vitals, semantic markup and structured data are in the build spec from day one — not sold to you afterwards as an optimisation package.

04

You own everything

Domain, hosting account, source code and CMS logins are registered in your company's name. If you ever leave us, the site keeps running.

Questions

What clients ask us first

How long does a website take, and what does it cost?

A landing page runs two weeks at a fixed fee. A full business website is typically six to ten weeks, and an e-commerce build three to five months. The variable is almost never the design — it is content. Projects slip when the photos, product data and page text are still being gathered. We quote after the consultation, once we know how many pages there are and who is writing them.

WordPress or custom-coded — which is right for us?

It depends on who maintains the site. If your team publishes news, products or promotions regularly, WordPress gives them a familiar editor and it is easy to hire for. If the site is a fixed set of marketing pages where speed matters most, a custom-built static site is faster, cheaper to host and has no plugin updates to chase. We recommend one during consultation and explain the trade-off rather than defending a house preference.

Do you write the content, or do we?

Either, and this is worth deciding early because it is the most common cause of delay. You know your business best, so many clients write the substance and we edit it into the page structure. If you would rather hand it over, we write it from interviews with your team, and we can produce English and Vietnamese versions. Photography and product data almost always have to come from you.

Will a redesign lose our Google rankings?

Not if the migration is done properly, and this is the part most redesigns get wrong. We map every old URL to its new one, put permanent redirects in place, carry across page titles and descriptions, keep the content that was already earning traffic, and submit the new sitemap on launch day. A dip in the first few weeks is normal while Google re-crawls; a permanent drop means someone skipped the redirects.

Who owns the domain, the hosting and the source code?

You do. The domain is registered in your company's name, the hosting account is yours, and the source code and CMS logins are handed over at launch. We are happy to keep hosting and maintaining the site — CTG does that too — but that should be because it is convenient, not because leaving would break something.

What happens after launch?

A website is not finished at launch, it is only started. Under a care plan we handle CMS and plugin updates, security patches, backups, uptime monitoring and small content changes, and we send you a monthly report of traffic and what it means. Without maintenance an unattended site tends to start collecting security problems within about a year.

Get started

Tell us what the website has to achieve

Send us your current site if you have one, and what you want the new one to do. Within two working days you will get a written first opinion — what we would build, roughly how long it takes, and whether you need a full site or a single page. No obligation, no sales call required.
