Keyword Research & Analysis
Search volume, intent and difficulty for every term worth having, plus the gap between what your competitors rank for and what you do. The output is a prioritised map, not a list of a thousand keywords.
A website goes quiet the month you stop feeding it. We research the keywords worth ranking for, fix what is holding your pages back, write and publish content on a schedule, distribute it where your audience already is — and report what actually moved.
One monthly plan covering the work a website needs to keep growing — the keyword research behind it, the content itself, the places it gets shared, and the upkeep that stops the site quietly breaking.
Search volume, intent and difficulty for every term worth having, plus the gap between what your competitors rank for and what you do. The output is a prioritised map, not a list of a thousand keywords.
Titles and meta descriptions written to be clicked, heading structure that matches search intent, internal links that pass authority to the pages you care about, image alt text and structured data.
Crawlability, indexation, page speed, broken links, redirect chains, duplicate pages and mobile usability — the foundation that decides whether good content ever gets a chance to rank.
Articles written to a brief for each keyword cluster — by people who read your industry, not spun from a template. Vietnamese, English or both, and always sent to you before it goes live.
A schedule you can see a month ahead, with each piece formatted, illustrated, internally linked and submitted for indexing — so publishing never depends on somebody remembering.
Every article adapted for the channel rather than pasted into it — Facebook, Zalo OA, LinkedIn and TikTok — so the content reaches your audience the day it is published instead of waiting on search.
Branded microsites, regional landing sites, business listings and profile pages that carry real content and send real visitors — built to be worth visiting, not just worth linking from.
Uptime and security monitoring, CMS and plugin updates, backups verified, plus a monthly report of rankings, traffic and enquiries written in plain language.
A site built once and left alone does not stay where it was — it slides. Competitors publish, search results reshuffle, plugins age. The compounding works both ways, and the difference between the two directions is a few hours of work a week.
Two things worth saying plainly before you commit a budget:
Rankings are a means, not the goal. Everything here exists to answer one question each month: did the site bring more of the right people, and did they enquire?
Content works hardest where buyers research before they commit — a considered purchase, a long decision, or a question people type before they ever type a brand name.
Clinics, salons, repair and trades, where "near me" searches and a well-kept Google Business Profile decide who gets the call.
Category and product pages optimised properly, plus buying guides and comparisons that catch shoppers earlier in the decision.
Technical pages and specification content in English for overseas buyers searching for a supplier rather than a brand.
Course pages, career guides and comparison content that reach students and parents months before enrolment season.
Project and area pages plus market explainers, for a purchase that people research for months before contacting anyone.
Destination guides, itineraries and seasonal content that pull direct bookings instead of paying commission to a platform.
The first month is research and repair. After that the cycle runs on a calendar you can see in advance, and each month ends with a report and next month's plan.
Where the site stands today, what your competitors rank for that you do not, and which terms are worth the effort. Sorted by intent and difficulty, not by search volume alone.
Titles, meta, headings, internal linking, schema, speed, broken links and indexation problems cleared — so the content published later lands on a healthy site.
An agreed number of pieces written to brief for the clusters in the plan, each one sent to you for review before it is scheduled.
Formatted, illustrated, internally linked to the pages that need authority, and submitted for indexing on the date the calendar says.
Each piece adapted for social, posted to your channels, and supported by listings and satellite properties that carry real content rather than bare links.
Rankings, traffic and enquiries in plain language, what we learned, and next month's plan adjusted to whichever clusters are actually moving.
Buy the research once and run it yourself, put the whole cycle on a monthly plan, or add off-page and satellite work on top. Fees are quoted after the audit, so you never pay for scope we have not yet understood.
For teams with their own writers who need the direction, not the execution.
The full cycle every month: content written, published, shared and reported.
For competitive terms where content alone will not move the ranking.
Most SEO reports end with recommendations somebody else has to implement. CTG built the website, runs the hosting and writes the content — so a finding on Monday can be fixed on Tuesday instead of queued behind another vendor.
We target the terms your buyers actually type before purchasing, even when the search volume looks small. Traffic that never enquires is a vanity number.
Every piece comes to you first. You know your industry better than any writer, and one correction from you is worth more than a week of research.
Satellite properties with genuine content and genuine visitors, listings that belong to you, and outreach for real mentions. No purchased links, no farms.
Rankings and traffic are in the report, but the line that matters is how many people contacted you and which pages sent them.
Expect three to six months before rankings move meaningfully, and longer in competitive markets. The first month produces almost nothing visible because it is research and repair. What you should see early are leading indicators: pages indexed, impressions rising in Search Console, and long-tail terms starting to appear. Anyone promising page one in a few weeks is either describing a keyword nobody searches for or planning something that will cost you later.
This is the ongoing monthly cycle: research, content written and published, distribution, and keeping the site healthy. Overall SEO is the broader strategic and technical engagement — deep audits, site architecture, large-scale migrations and competitive campaigns. Many clients start with one and add the other. If you are not sure which you need, tell us your situation and we will say which fits, including when the answer is neither yet.
Both, and they are researched separately. Keyword behaviour in Vietnamese and English is genuinely different, so an English page is not a translation of the Vietnamese one — it is written for the terms English-speaking buyers actually search. For manufacturers and exporters this is usually where the highest-value traffic comes from.
It depends entirely on how they are built, and this is worth being blunt about. Google's spam policies treat link schemes — networks of thin sites existing only to pass links, and purchased links — as manipulation, and sites relying on them can lose rankings when an update lands. What we build instead are branded properties with real content that people read and that send real referral traffic, plus listings and profiles that legitimately belong to your business. It is slower and it costs more than buying a package of links. It also does not evaporate.
You do. Articles, images, keyword research and the content plan are yours, and Search Console, Analytics and any satellite properties are registered in your company's name. If you stop working with us, everything published stays live and nothing needs migrating.
Yes. We usually start by auditing what exists — a large share of existing content underperforms because it targets the wrong intent or competes with your own pages for the same term. Rewriting and consolidating what you already have is frequently faster and cheaper than publishing more. If your current agency is doing good work, we will say so; we would rather take the part of the job we are best at than replace something that already works.
Send us your website and the terms you would like to rank for. Within two working days you will get a written first opinion — how competitive those terms are, what is holding the site back today, and what the first three months would look like. No obligation, no sales call required.
